The Engagifii website is a commercial marketing site and includes the Engagifii online suite of products. Engagifii gathers information about all users collectively, such as what areas users visit most frequently and what services users access most often. Engagifii automatically logs IP addresses, session sources, and other data which tracks users’ access to the Services. These logs are used to analyze the aggregate trends that they reveal about our customers for sales and marketing purposes. This information is primarily used to provide users of the Services with an enhanced online experience. Engagifii may disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe the Services to prospective partners, advertisers, and other third parties, and for other lawful purposes.
Engagifii offers users the ability to correct or change the information collected during registration. Users may change this information at any time and as often as necessary by choosing the “edit personal information” option or other similar functionality offered in the Services. You may review, correct, update or change your profile information, including any personally identifiable information contained in your profile, at any time.
The Engagifii website may use “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

Personally, identifiable information collected in our surveys is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Engagifii sends emails and email newsletters to our registered visitors. On occasion, Engagifii may send emails to individuals such as registrants and Members who have provided us with their email address, informing them of Engagifii events or promotions we think might be of interest to them. Engagifii also sends promotional emails to customers and those individuals who have requested an email.
Engagifii tries to respond to email messages requiring a response within seven business days. We try to respond to customer service inquiries related to a purchase within 48 hours. If you email Engagifii, your message and email address will be forwarded to the appropriate department within Engagifii. Engagifii may choose to save this information. However, any message, material, business information, ideas, concepts or other information sent to Engagifii by email will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not knowingly collect any information from or about anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years of age or older.
Except as specifically stated in this Policy, we do not share personally identifiable information collected through this Website with third parties, but we may share this personally identifiable information with affiliates of Engagifii, and other companies and organizations who perform work for us under contract or sell products or services that complement our products and services. Engagifii may use a third-party service to collect anonymous visitor information like IP addresses, browser types (such as Internet Explorer), referring pages, pages visited and time spent on a particular service or feature. Engagifii collects this information for statistical analysis of web page traffic patterns; to administer our service and servers; to allow for auditing of our services by some third parties who have that right; and for internal purposes to make marketing decisions.
Links from the Engagifii website can take you to services and activities sponsored by Engagifii as well as to third party websites or resources. The information practices of third party websites are not covered by this Policy or any other policies or terms of this service.
